Before applying, please review our expectations and job qualifications that must be met below. Most of our families are in South Tampa, and some are in neighboring locations, of Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.
All applicants must meet All of the following requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age or older - Must complete phone and in-person interviews - Have at least 3 professional references (not related to you) - Clean background check - No reckless driving, careless driving, or DUIs - No more than 2 speeding tickets over 4+ years ago - Must have your own safe vehicle for reliable transportation & a valid driver's license - A non-smoker - Continuing education/college education is preferred but not required - Be willing to get in-person CPR/First Aid certified if not already certified - Flexible schedule and commitment to at least 3 monthly shifts required for babysitting—more is welcomed! - Have at least 3 years of childcare experience - Education, psychology, and nursing students are a plus but not required - Must be engaging, tidy, kind, and responsible - Must be comfortable with families having nanny monitor cameras, per their discretion - Must have professional social media outlets at all times - Must maintain a professional appearance - Must be well-rounded and a team player

You create your own schedule and select shifts based on your availability. If you are unable to work, that is acceptable. All shifts are guaranteed a of four, and will always be paid in full. Families may request your services again in the future. Opportunities for placement will be provided as we receive requests.
